The Gold Star Plan provides all the above but will provide some important benefits in addition. Primarily, if you decide to purchase one of the Condo/Hotel units as a further investment, we will provide you with pre-construction prices and credit your initial investment of $5,000 as part of the deposit on the Hotel/Condo hotel. Because we value your investment, we will double that amount and credit you a full $10,000 towards the price of a Unit in the Condo/Hotel. This project is all about helping people and involving people in such a way that the project is providing huge benefits to those involved.
