Buying a USA American Dream LLC Limited Partnership unit is so easy and easy and simple. It takes less than a minute. You just need to provide some basic info and confirm your email address. You can buy as many units as you like, (the more you buy the bigger your pro-rata share of profits you earn.) We will immediately issue a confirmation receipt, and you will own an equity position in the almost 600 acres of prime development land. Units are limited and offered on a first come first served basis.

You can see all the plans below. You can buy one unit or as many as you like. Each full Limited Partnership Unit is $1 million USD. However, we have a limited number of fractionalized units from $250.00 USD and up. You can pay by credit card, Debit Card or PayPal. If you wish to purchase large numbers you can contact us and we will provide you with USA American Dream LLC banking information and send directly to our accountants by wire or by AHC payment.

2. Track your investment
USA American Dream LLC Limited Partnership uploads regular news posts on the website. You will also receive email updates as your investment moves from one status to another.

4. Disbursements
As a participant in this Limited Partnership of the USA American Dream LLC project we will send the investor profits distributions, if any,  within 30 days after each fiscal quarter. The funds will be sent via wire transfer to an account that you direct us to send it to.  After receiving your funds, you have the option to reinvest them in another property, or offering we may offer.

2. Get verified
The use and purchase of a Unit/s in USA American Dream LLC certifies that you have read and agree to the “Terms & Conditions” of this website and understand that in accordance with SEC policies you will need to be and are qualified as an accredited investor as that term is defined under the definition relating to Limited Partnership offerings and accredited investors.. Your use of this site and purchase of units means that you are familiar with, understand,  and represent that you meet all the requirements of being an accredited investor. It also means that you have sought professional legal and accounting advice in making this investment. 

Should it be determined that you are not an accredited investor we will return your funds but deduct $250.00 from any deposits made as an administration fee to cover all our work in determining such status.
